60% of time was spent on doing estimate work for my team. We worked under the global real estate team, so our projects involved helping REITS and private equity groups with hedging, debt management, and defeasance. There were ample opportunities to learn in both structured and unstructured settings. Some of the work was a little monotonous though. 

40% of time was spent on my intern project. Non-tech interns were given individual projects that varied from data scraping, creating marketing slides for product offerings, or doing research. Interns were given a lot of autonomy and could utilize resources across from across the company. I am non-tech, but I was able to get feedback from product managers and engineers about my project. 

Despite being virtual, the learning opportunities were strong and I felt connected to my team. Next year's program might be remote.
