My experience

Overview

Helped to create new devices through different building blocks. Ensuring the different devices had the correct components, materials, etc. Created test PCBs to test certain devices. Developed test plans.

If you get an internship/job here and do not enjoy the role, TI is very accommodating with finding the job you want, all you have to do is ask.

Pros

Always meaningful work, company and teams are always open to new ideas and incredibly helpful. Great culture to work in, always innovating.

Cons

Typical large company bureaucracy stuff. Paper work.

Would recommend it to people who...

enjoy working with a team, working on the development cycle of a product, testing.

Impact of work

Time spent working

How did working remote affect your experience?

Not as much hands on work. The company still gave meaningful work and my boss worked to get me supplies so I could still test equipment.

Interview advice

Interview type

Interview questions

What is a time when you failed and how did you over come it? What is a project you are most proud of and what did you do?

Advice on how to prepare

Know your analog circuits, RLC circuits for AC and DC analysis. You have to create a presentation about a project you have done and present it to the interviewers.
