Global Supply Chain Intern
Department: Customer Care
My experience
Overview
Customer feedback collection - how to automate proposal (lots of researching and talking and design thinking, we’re times of a bit tediousness, but overall good project for beginner). Database management (learned how they maintained their global customer service data and how to make into successful visuals). Employee workforce management (learned department’s workforce management system and owned the schedule compliance initiative - was not too glamorous, but a continuous backlog project).
Great company and internship program for building your confidence and starting out in the corporate world. They organize it in a phenomenal way to ensure new people have structure and have great managers to lead them in their first or second internship. Highly recommend.

Are looking for more technical or involved role; if you’re looking to capitalize on major-specific skills, try other departments within the company’s supply chain department. My role in customer care was quite new and did not entail too much advanced knowledge.
