Overview
Mostly sitting on on various meetings. I also wrote up reports, visited job sites, talked with contractors to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to.
If you're wanting any higher up position in the construction industry then is the best place you could be.
Pros
Excellent networking, this is a great stepping stone position.
Cons
Didn't feel like I offered much.

They would need experience in CAD, Excel, have a decent amount of construction experience as well as experience in some kind of leadership roll.
