I created process guides to help newer operators identify potential issues with the process. I wrote a Python Script to more easily update these in the future, as well as create new process guides. I also wrote a python script to more quickly identify excursions during a batch (e.g. if the temperature was too high or too low).

This company really tried to simulate the in-person experience by doing lots of activities with the interns - lunch and learns with higher level management, games every Friday with other interns, etc.
Advice on how to prepare
There is a recorded video first, which feels really awkward but if you just practice and talk slowly it will be okay.
