My projects worked to either address a known issue and figure out a way to fix it, or improve the efficiency of a portion of the plant. Lots of working hands-on with operators and being out in the field
Pros
Great work experience opportunity, wonderful networking experience
Cons
High expectations, Can be stressful and more like a real job then a internship
