Overview

Answering calls for customers with broken elevators and dispatching mechanics. Answering emergency calls for tenants/guests stuck in elevators and dispatch mechanics.

Pros

Great experience for getting comfortable speaking with people who are upset. Plenty of OT options.

Repetitive, somewhat stressful
