Overview
I implemented font styling for MATLAB and did some reverse-engineering R&D work in computer graphics
Pros are that work-life balance is excellent, you get to choose what projects you want to work on, and people are very nice. Cons are that MW can be slow-paced (especially if you're an energetic startup type of person), use outdated technologies, and offer relatively low pay.

How did working remote affect your experience?
Pretty much like any other remote experience. You live on Microsoft Teams and can't really meet new people nor visit the beautiful Lakeside campus. However, working hours were more flexible and people were easily reachable over Teams.

Interview questions
Generic behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when..." and questions about your resume. For technical, easy-medium LeetCode and some high-school level math questions.
Advice on how to prepare
Honestly, I'm not very sure. Just apply online, study your LeetCode, and see if you're a good fit in the end.
