Would NOT recommend it to people who...

Want to go to grad school, or explore their options a bit. They fully expect to hire interns who think this is their ""dream job"" and want to work there forever starting as soon as they graduate. Also, the culture of a small Southern town can be a bit shocking if you aren't from the South.
