My experience

Overview

I feel like what we did was important, but not executed well by management, especially management above the plant level. I would've liked as much oversight/mentorship as they said I would have, and I didn't get it. It was good, and I loved the people and learned a lot, but it was just not as much as I hoped it would be.

Are good executors, can deal adeptly with lots of fast-paced decisions, but the decisions are always kind of similar

aren't good at being detail-oriented

Met them at the Career Fair, was told to apply online, then got a couple calls. Then, an on-site. Then, the plant director called me.
