My experience

Overview

I mean it's a co-op so your first term is you basically learning with some small projects but still working on some important equipment helping with ergonomics and down-time. By the third term i was going into the logic online and reprogramming. I was able to work million dollar projects and the company trusts you almost like you are a full employee. Knowing that your projects are actually meaningful gets me out of bed everyday and makes my job fun. would recommend working here

Would recommend it to people who...

love getting their hands dirty and willing to work hard. this is in a manufacturing plant so not a desk job

Would NOT recommend it to people who...

are not willing to work lots of hours.
