Overview
First, worked on smaller tasks that were well-scoped and familiarized myself with the codebase. Then, I was tasked to add a new filter to a page.
Pros
The people are so inspiring and truly care about my professional development, employees really believe in mission, lots of guidance from team along with many opportunities for collaboration
Cons
Its a startup so things are always changing and fast-paced, intern events did not provide many opportunities to meet executives and learn about what other departments are working on

How did working remote affect your experience?
Handshake has been operating primarily remote and the experience has been very smooth . However, I did not get many opportunities to meet other interns and form friendships.
