My experience
Overview
Worked to help develop a new tissue form at the company. Ran design of experiments and conducted iterative experiments in lab to develop the allograft.
Great company culture and a great co-op program. Everyone is very friendly and inclusive. They have lunch and learn workshops for their co-op students on career and professional development which was also really great. Program gives co-op students a lot of independence and exposure to lots of different disciplines even outside of R&D, including quality engineering, process engineering, quality assurance, and marketing.

Are interested in tissue engineering, like a social work environment and enjoy working hands on in a lab.
