My experience
Overview
Used java to create a way to email a test result file when a suite of JUnit tests were run. Had to use java, and certain plugins to grab data and format the result file.
Hopefully they will move back to in person internships, because being remote, I felt pretty disconnected at times. While I knew that my work was making a difference for the team, I didn't feel like I was helping the company as a whole. The company is so large, that it would be hard to make an impact as an intern, but I felt that the work I was doing was not very important to the company.
