My experience

Overview

I organized the Open Source efforts for projects that were in the Innovation Fund. Rating them on their preparedness, execution, and level of engagement.

I really liked the experience, but I wouldn't do it full time.

Pros

Dynamic work, wide range of technology, good communication and company culture, project management experience.

Cons

Not very technical, a bit cumbersome, have to get up and stay up for early and late meetings with people have the world away.

Impact of work

Time spent working

How did working remote affect your experience?

It was necessary due to the nature of the internship, speaking with International clients on short time tables.

Interview questions

Mostly behavioral questions: How do you deal with conflict? How do you communicate? Can you present information? A few technical questions: Tell me about git version control from start to finish. How do I do a pull request?

Advice on how to prepare
