My experience
Overview
The team I was on has been developing a new tool for Home Depot Service Providers to manage their jobs on as well as transitioning them from the old system to this new system. My assignments included developing a more succinct categorization method for support cases submitted by the service providers, creating a flowchart with instructions on how to handle various support cases, and analyzing support cases to identify trends and recommend the tech team on how to prioritize system fixes.
