My experience

Overview

Skits for the middle school kids, planning events and fun programs. A big part of it was also one-on-one discipleship. It is a great church to really make an impact on students! Basketball, throwing candy, preaching, and going to games were common weekly activities.

You’ll enjoy it! Great team dynamics

Advice on how to prepare

They need to have or be very keen for getting ministry experience. I wish I would have known all the event planning skills it would require.
