My experience
Overview
I worked in Aftermarket solutions on new product developments after the point of sale. They were looking to drive revenue after the sale of larger equipment pieces. I was tasked with reaching out the Caterpillar certified dealers and gaining quantitative and qualitative metrics regarding their sales processes to define a new change management and go-to-market strategy for the new product line.
They run a great internship program as far as connecting you with other interns. They have an incredible culture and were able to create fun activities to show what working at Cat Financial was really like.

Enjoy structure and working at a large corporation. Want to experience a new city with great people. Have strong interest in Finance or IT. Want to gain core business skills by working in multiple rotational roles.
Would NOT recommend it to people who...
Do not want to accept a full-time offer in Nashville. Do not want to join a rotational program with limited choice in role.
