Overview
Created or updated control systems in DeltaV for various clients based off of provided P&ID's. This includes programming controllers and creating accompanying graphics for the systems.
Chill work environment, very open to helping you if you don't know what's going on. There are also on-site installations for clients from the work you do in the office, so its a great way to see and meet a bunch of different companies/people

Typical behavioral in the first round like, "give a situation where you had to compromise ", or "when have struggled on a project/class, and how did you overcome it?" Second round was a little more technical, asked about batch and continuous processes. Not difficult, just gauging your knowledge on basic process info.
Advice on how to prepare
Have some basic knowledge in process control (CSTR, Batch, ect.) and a little programming experience.
