It was tough with some software difficulties in the early weeks, but it went well otherwise! They will likely return to in-person work after Covid.

Advice on how to prepare
There was a resume review, a set of video responses to record right before the in-person interview, and an in-person interview that I flew out for. The video portion was pretty standard. The in-person interview was with two different people, who asked behavioral-type questions and questions about my past experience/resume. Everyone was super friendly! I got an offer about a month after I interviewed.
