Overview
Since UKG is a merger company, I worked on data transfer/parity between the two previously separate companies.
Highly recommend this company! I think it will really help introduce good software development practices and the world of software engineering in general. You're treated as a part of the team because you're actually working on the same exact work that full time employees work on. Fantastic culture too!
Pros
Great team! Loved working with each and every team member. No exaggeration. Everyone was willing to drop what they had to help, and if they couldn't, where happy to refer someone else to help. Friendly and generous with PTO as well.
Cons
Mulesoft really sucks as a software development tool. Every other application was fine though.

Interview questions
Typical leetcode interview in any language, then an OOP interview in Java. Interviewers were both very friendly and willing to help if you asked for it. Low stress.
Advice on how to prepare
Be prepared to ask lots of questions and don't be afraid to be stupid. People are extremely friendly here and will love to field your questions and help you grow as an individual, not just to help the team.
