My experience
Overview
Designed and developed an internal tool that facilitated usage of an AWS service. Took in client input, did some processing and communicated with the AWS API. The idea is someone could automate usage of this AWS service without having to dive too deep into how it works, and would easily be integrated into larger projects.
Pros
Had a good team, the work I was assigned was fairly interesting and meaningful, the compensation is very good
Cons
Amazon corporate culture is very cult-y and they really want you to buy into it, there's a lot of red tape and unnecessary meetings that stand in the way of getting things done

For the interview, read the Amazon leadership principles. It'll give you some idea of what sort answers they want in the behavioral interview. Also study algorithms i guess
