Overview
Created a "calculator" to determine the actual gross margin on bulk purchases of Surfaces, helped team negotiate bulk purchase contract pricing
Pros
Incredible culture, program is well-run, great managers, lots of learning opportunities, great benefits
Cons
You don't actually work very much which could be a con for some - lots of opportunities for self-directed learning

90% of the questions were behavioral, 10% basic finance stuff and knowing Microsoft as a business
Advice on how to prepare
On resume they look for prior finance experience, in interviews they look mostly for cultural fit
