Pros

Really supportive mentors and manager. Lots of interoperability in the team.

Cons

Getting a return offer is not really a priority to the team.

Don’t spend your summers chilling. Even if it’s a part time job, be busy! They made sure to mention how my various work experiences while studying full time was a big factor.
