My experience
Overview
I set up graphics to be able to print on food packaging. I had to learn complex steps and software to make revise customer art and create color separations. I was trained for about 2 weeks then actually did my own work!
It was great! The pay is awesome and i really learned a lot. Plus Sealed AIr is a major company in this field and it added credibility to me when I spoke about my internship in interviews.

I can't remember specifics but it was very simple! They mainly wanted to know that I was organized and responsible.
Advice on how to prepare
Make sure you have previous experience under your belt. This is a good 2nd/3rd internship.
